Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to operate and manage CNC machinery for furniture manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for machine operation, cutting, drilling, routing, and shaping of wood and board materials as per approved drawings and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines for furniture and interior production.
- Read and understand CNC drawings, furniture drawings, and cutting layouts.
- Set up machines, tools, cutting parameters, and workpieces as required.
- Execute cutting, drilling, routing, grooving, and other machining operations.
- Ensure accurate dimensions and finishing as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Check raw materials and verify measurements before machine operation.
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance teams when required.
- Conduct quality checks on finished components and rectify production errors.
- Maintain proper machine settings, tools, and production records.
- Follow production schedules and complete assigned work within deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards around the CNC machine and production area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in furniture or interior manufacturing.




- Practical experience in operating CNC machines used for MDF, plywood, particle board, laminate, and solid wood.
- Knowledge of furniture manufacturing and woodworking processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical/furniture drawings.
- Knowledge of CNC programming, machine settings, and tool selection will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/CNC software will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of measurements, dimensions, and production accuracy.
- Ability to identify basic machine and production-related issues.
- Solid attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a production team.
- Must own a two-wheeler.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in modular furniture, custom furniture, kitchen manufacturing, wardrobes, interior fit-outs, or architectural woodworking will be preferred.

Candidate Profile We are looking for a technically skilled, responsible, and detail-oriented CNC Operator who can independently handle CNC machine operations and ensure accurate, high-quality furniture components as per production drawings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
