We are looking for a Claims Executive to manage insurance claims, documentation, follow-ups, system updates, and client coordination. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of insurance claims and strong communication and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle claim intimation and end-to-end claim coordination.
Prepare and maintain claim files as per insurance company guidelines.
Scan, organize, and maintain claim documents and records.
Coordinate claim file submission and courier documentation.
Maintain claim reports, trackers, and MIS.
Follow up with insurance companies for claim processing and settlement.
Arrange inspections/surveys for motor claims.
Resolve claim-related queries and coordinate for additional documents.
Follow up with clients and agents for pending documents.
Update and maintain claim details and documents in Saiba.
Compress, split, and upload documents in Saiba as required.
Prepare weekly claim status reports for management.
Identify opportunities for improving productivity and operational efficiency.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Required Skills
2–5 years of experience in Insurance Claims / Insurance Broking.
Good knowledge of insurance claim processes.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Experience with Saiba will be an advantage.
Positive communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet timelines.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
