OnceMore is hiring a Client Growth & Onboarding Associate.

In this role, you’ll guide interested prospects from first conversation through onboarding and keep every follow-up moving.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly to interested prospects and follow up with care
Lead discovery, sales, and onboarding calls
Understand customer needs and explain suitable options clearly
Coordinate setup, customer questions, and next steps
Keep accurate notes and maintain an organized pipeline

What will help you succeed
Transparent spoken and written English, active listening, and confident conversation skills
Reliable follow-through, customer empathy, and robust organization
Comfort with work from home and tracking conversations in a CRM or similar tool
Experience in sales, customer success, support, or onboarding is helpful

Work arrangement: Remote from India

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 pm–5:00 am IST, including breaks; supporting customers across US time zones
