Analyze and evaluate library performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Chief Librarian or similar leadership role in a library setting.
Solid knowledge of library management principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and community partners.
Robust analytical and evaluation skills to assess library performance metrics.
Experience with budget planning and management of library resources.
