Advisory Monks Consulting is a multi-disciplinary advisory firm in Noida. We work with startups, MSMEs, incubators, VC funds and foreign companies setting up in India. We are hiring a Compliance Executive for our secretarial team.

What you will do
Handle ROC and MCA filings for client companies, including incorporation, annual filings (AOC-4, MGT-7/7A), DIR-3 KYC, and event-based forms such as changes in directors Form DIR-12, registered office Form INC-22 and share capital Form SH-7 and other forms such as Form PAS-3/Form MGT-14 etc
Draft notices, agendas, and minutes for board meetings, general meetings and AGMs
Maintain statutory registers and minute books for client companies
Prepare post-incorporation compliance for recent companies, such as commencement of business, auditor appointment and first board meeting documentation
Track due dates on the compliance calendar and follow up with clients for documents




Coordinate with the wider team on share allotments, transfers and related documentation

Who we are looking for
CS Skilled programme, partly or fully cleared. Candidates who are not pursuing further levels are welcome
1 to 3 years of secretarial or ROC compliance experience (articleship or training counts)
Working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and the MCA V3 portal
Transparent written English for drafting minutes and client emails
Organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable handling multiple client companies at once
