we are looking for CNC Operator [TATA Advanced Systems],Contractual basis on Third Party location : E-city, Bangalore

Qualification : ITI/Diploma in Mechanical

Job Responsibilities

1. Operating and programming of CNC 5axis machine.
2. Able to do program in machine control (Siemens / Fanuc / Haas).
3. Making necessary adjustments to ensure the machine operates correctly and efficiently.
4. Understanding and writing G-code or M-code for various CNC machines is crucial.
5. Ability to interpret technical drawings, including dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
6. A solid foundation in mathematics and geometry is essential for understanding dimensions, angles, and calculations related to machining.
7. Need to manage their time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure efficient production.
8.



Needed constant involvement, willingness to learn and adapt new technologies.
9. Observe the machine during operation to ensure it is running smoothly and making parts according to specifications.
10. Understanding the specifications and tolerances required for the finished part.
11. Perform deburring, sanding, grinding, or similar operations.
12. Change collets, tool inserts, tool blocks and tool holders.
13. Maintain proper coolant levels.
14. Able to run machine independently in shift.
15. Troublesooted and resolved minor mechanical issues, minimizing downtime.
