Role & responsibilities
- Operate CNC Machines as per production plan
- Load programs, set tools and carry out basic machine setup under supervision
- Read and understand technical drawings and job cards
- Monitor machining processes and ensure dimensional accuracy
- Measure components using vernier, micrometre etc
- Record production output, rejections and machine parameters
- Identify and report machine abnormalities or tool wear
- Coordinate with quality and production teams to meet targets
- Follow safety, 5s and company SOPs
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
