We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator / Programmer responsible for operating, setting, programming, and monitoring CNC machines to manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines. Prepare, modify, and optimize CNC programs using G-code/M-code. Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and machining specifications. Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, work-holding fixtures, and machining parameters.

Set tool offsets, work coordinates, tool geometry, and machine parameters. Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks using measuring instruments. Identify and correct dimensional, tooling, and machining issues.

Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production. Make program adjustments to improve productivity, tool life, and component quality.



Maintain proper records of production, inspection, tool usage, and machine-related issues.

Follow safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and company quality requirements. Coordinate with the production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.

Required

QualificationsITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related technical field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in CNC machining and programming. Positive knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or similar. Ability to understand engineering drawings and GD&T.; Knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, and tooling selection. Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, and height gauge.
