This role involves regular stakeholder communication, leveraging data analytics for effectiveness evaluation, and assisting in budget allocation. The manager will standardize LD processes, support recruitment efforts, and foster team engagement through upskilling and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

- Strategic Contribution: Align LD plans with annual business goals, ensuring that training initiatives support organizational objectives.
- Standardization Efforts: Assist in the development of policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize LD processes for efficiency.
- Need Identification Assessment: Collect and document training needs across departments to ensure LD initiatives are relevant and impactful.
- Program Oversight: Track the execution of LD programs to ensure compliance with established policies, making necessary adjustments to overcome challenges and obstacles.
- Guidance Review: Regularly review and guide team members' performance to enhance the effectiveness of learning delivery.
- Analytical Evaluation: Leverage data analytics to assess the impact of LD initiatives, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Facilitation of Learning: Organize and facilitate learning sessions to consistently upskill the company employees at the business side, LD team within, promoting professional development.
- Collaboration Encouragement: Foster an environment of active collaboration and involvement within the LD team to enhance team dynamics.
- Team Management:



Oversee the performance and development of the LD team, ensuring a high-performing culture.
- Learning Partner Engagement: Act as a liaison between business units and the LD team, ensuring alignment of training initiatives with organizational needs and goals.

- Training Objectives of LD Interventions or Training Programs|ROI of 2-3 Interventions in the given Financial Year
- Scope of 3000 Employees for which LD Initiatives need to be planned.

Major Challenges

- Optimizing current manpower to meet work demands and deliver effective LD Initiatives
- Maintain Training/Productivity Data in Excel, draw basic reports from LMS and stitch insights from it to present ROI for LD initiatives.
- Navigating process changes effectively and bringing in creative training solutions to address evolving business needs.
- The need for continuous innovation in training approaches is essential to keep pace with industry developments and enhance learner engagement.
- Gaining insight into specific business nuances is critical for tailoring LD initiatives to meet the unique needs of various departments.

Required Qualifications and Experience
