Role Highlights

- Monitor, troubleshoot and support cloud-based production environments
- Work with Azure IoT services, device identities, message routing and data pipelines
- Troubleshoot issues across device, gateway, network, platform and cloud layers
- Support containerized applications using Docker/Podman
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security and application teams

• Maintain operational documentation, change management and knowledge-transfer activities

Immediate joiners / candidates with relevant production experience are preferred.
