Role Description The Closing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the completion of financial and contractual closing activities. This role includes managing end-to-end closing processes, verifying documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The Closing

Manager will track closing timelines, resolve discrepancies, and support funding processes to ensure accurate and timely completion of deals. Daily responsibilities also involve monitoring sales-related closings, maintaining organized records, preparing status reports,



and collaborating with management to improve closing procedures and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Closings and Funding to manage end-to-end closing cycles and ensure timely completion of transactions.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Loans expertise to coordinate with sales teams, understand client requirements, and support loan-related documentation and approvals.
- Candidates should possess Mortgage Lending knowledge to verify lending conditions, ensure regulatory compliance, and support accurate closing packages.
- Candidates should have excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple closing files simultaneously.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients, lenders, and internal departments.
- Candidates should be proficient with basic office software and documentation tools; experience with financial or loan management systems is an advantage.

- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in closing, lending, or financial services; a relevant diploma or degree in business, finance, or a related field is beneficial.
- Candidates should be able to work on-site in Mumbai, adapt to dynamic operational needs, and uphold professional conduct and integrity.
