We are looking for an experienced Closing & Sourcing Manager to drive property sourcing, lead conversion, negotiations, and successful deal closures. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential properties/leads, managing client relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring transactions are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and revenue.
- Generate leads through channel partners, digital platforms, referrals, and direct marketing.
- Drive property sourcing, lead conversion, negotiations, and successful deal closures.
- Source recent real estate properties,



land parcels, redevelopment opportunities, and potential clients.
- Generate and manage leads through brokers, channel partners, direct networking, and market research.
- Evaluate potential properties based on location, commercial viability, ownership, and development potential.
- Handle negotiations with property owners, investors, clients, and channel partners.
- Drive leads through the complete sales/closing cycle, from initial discussion to agreement and closure.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, technical, and documentation teams for smooth transactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Track sales pipeline, closures, sourcing activities, and revenue targets.
- Prepare regular MIS and management reports.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and resolve issues that may delay closures.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sourcing and closure targets.
