Role Description The Clinical Psychologist will provide evidence-based psychological assessment and therapy to clients through secure online platforms in one or more Indian languages. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting intake interviews, administering and interpreting psychological tests, formulating treatment plans, and delivering ongoing counseling sessions. The role also involves maintaining accurate, confidential clinical records, collaborating with the internal team for case discussions, and participating in clinical supervision as needed.

The Clinical

Psychologist may contribute to refining digital mental health offerings, such as integrating clinical insights into Mana AI tools. This is a remote contract role,



requiring reliable internet connectivity and adherence to ethical and professional standards in tele-mental health practice.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to provide culturally sensitive care in one or more Indian languages.
- Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including administering, scoring, and interpreting standardized assessments.
- Experience in Counseling Psychology, delivering structured therapeutic interventions and ongoing client support.
- Capability in Clinical Supervision, either receiving or providing supervision to uphold clinical quality and ethical practice.
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related discipline from a recognized institution; RCI registration or eligibility is highly preferred.
- Experience in teletherapy or online counseling and familiarity with digital mental health platforms is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, professional boundaries, and ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based setting.
- Commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive care and continuous professional development in mental health practice.
