Role Description The Clinical Audiologist will provide comprehensive audiological services, including hearing assessments, diagnosis, and management of hearing disorders for clients across age groups. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting audiometric evaluations, fitting and programming hearing aids, counseling clients and families on hearing loss, and developing individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans. The role also involves collaborating with speech therapists and other hearing care professionals, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.





This is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai, requiring consistent in-person interaction with clients in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Audiology, including comprehensive hearing assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Proficiency in Hearing Aid Dispensing, including selection, fitting, fine-tuning, verification, and patient counseling.
- Experience or knowledge in Speech and Speech Therapy to support communication outcomes in individuals with hearing loss.
- Skills in Aural Rehabilitation, including auditory training, counseling, and long-term hearing care support.
- Relevant academic qualification such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology or Speech and Hearing, with appropriate professional registration or licensure as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach and the ability to work with diverse age groups.
- Attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, and comfort with using clinical equipment and hearing aid technologies.
- Previous clinical experience in hearing care or a related healthcare setting in Mumbai or similar context is an advantage.
