- Meet clients directly (walk-ins, referrals, and inbound/outbound leads) to understand their event requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Follow up on leads through calls, meetings, and site visits to convert enquiries into confirmed business — this is a sales-driven, target-based role.
- Prepare and share proposals, packages, and quotations tailored to the client's budget and requirement.
- Act as the single point of contact for the client throughout the event lifecycle, from first enquiry to post-event closure.
- Coordinate with the Design department to brief the client's preferences, theme, and budget so the design finalised matches client expectations.
- Coordinate with the Production department to confirm execution feasibility, timelines, and any special client requests.
- Coordinate with vendors, accounts, and other internal departments as required to ensure smooth planning and execution of the client's event.
- Handle payment terms directly with the client — advance booking amount, instalment schedule,



and final settlement — ensuring timely collection as per agreed terms.
- Follow up on pending payments and coordinate with Accounts for invoicing and receipts.
- Ensure booking confirmations, agreements, and required documentation are completed on time before execution.
- Keep the client updated at every stage — design finalisation, production timelines, and any changes — to maintain transparency and trust.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and last-minute requests promptly, coordinating with the relevant department for quick resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, client communication, and payment status (CRM tool/register).
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Share regular sales and conversion reports/updates with the CRM Head/Business Head.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
