About F WALKS

F WALKS is a Mumbai-based modeling and casting company working across advertising campaigns, films, television, OTT, digital content, music videos, talent management, and brand projects.

We are looking for a Client Servicing Intern who is professional, organized, communicative, and interested in learning how client relationships and projects are managed within the entertainment and advertising industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Client Servicing team in handling day-to-day client communication and coordination
- Understand and document client briefs accurately
- Coordinate with Casting, Talent Management, Production, and Social Media teams
- Assist in preparing and sharing talent shortlists, presentations, and project updates
- Maintain professional communication through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls
- Follow up with internal teams regarding profiles, availability, auditions, confirmations, and project timelines
- Maintain client records, project trackers, meeting notes, and CRM updates
- Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, quotations, and other client-related documents
- Track project status, deadlines, approvals, and pending requirements
- Prepare basic client call summaries and internal reports
- Support follow-ups with existing and potential clients under senior guidance
- Ensure all important client communication is properly documented
- Maintain confidentiality of client information, budgets,



talent details, and project requirements

Candidate Requirements
- Strong interest in client servicing, advertising, media, entertainment, or business operations
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and confident communication style
- Basic understanding of email, WhatsApp, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Calm and professional approach while handling pressure or changes
- Responsible, punctual, proactive, and willing to learn
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple departments and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate, undergraduate, or final-year student
- Background in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, Media, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Previous internship or experience in client servicing, sales, coordination, media, or advertising will be an advantage
- Mumbai-based candidates or candidates who can commute to Goregaon West will be preferred
