Process: Outbound Telecalling – Fund Collection / Fundraising

We are hiring Client Relationship Associates (CRA) for an outbound telecalling process. The selected candidates will be responsible for making calls to potential donors, explaining fundraising initiatives, maintaining professional communication, and achieving assigned calling targets.

Eligibility

- Age: 18 to below 30 years
- 12th Pass / Graduate / Graduation Pursuing

- Freshers can apply

- Basic communication skills required
- Comfortable working from the Noida office
- Willing to work in an on-site environment

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential donors
- Explain fundraising and support initiatives clearly
- Communicate professionally and courteously with potential donors

- Maintain accurate calling records




- Follow calling scripts and organizational processes
- Achieve assigned calling and performance targets
- Maintain regular attendance and professional conduct

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹15,100

- Attendance Bonus: ₹500

- ESI: As applicable
- Incentives: As per company policy

Working Details
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Work Mode: On-site
