The Role: We’re looking for a Client Relations & Styling Executive who loves people, jewellery, fashion, and the little details that make a client feel looked after. You will be the person clients come to when they’re looking for the right piece — whether it’s jewellery for a wedding, a festive occasion, an outfit, a special gift or simply something they’ve fallen in love with.

The role combines sales, personal shopping, styling and client relationships, with opportunities to work on celebrity, stylist, influencer and PR requirements as well.

Client Relations & Sales

- Manage sales enquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, website, phone and offline channels.
- Understand each client's requirements and recommend pieces that genuinely fit their style, occasion and needs.
- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients and convert enquiries into sales.
- Follow up thoughtfully on enquiries, quotations, custom orders and pending purchases.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Varq's collections, products, pricing and customisation options.

Personal Shopping & Styling

- Help clients curate jewellery for weddings, festive occasions, events, shoots and everyday dressing.




- Recommend pieces based on outfits, colours, necklines, occasions and individual style.
- Create personalised jewellery edits and selections for clients.
- Develop a robust understanding of our clients and their preferences to enable thoughtful, repeat interactions.

Custom Jewellery

- Understand requirements for customised and made-to-order pieces.
- Coordinate with the internal team to create quotations and communicate pricing and timelines.
- Manage client communication through the customisation process and ensure a seamless experience from enquiry to delivery.

Celebrity, Stylist & PR

- Assist with jewellery sourcing and coordination for celebrities, influencers, stylists and shoots.
- Put together jewellery selections for styling and PR requirements.
- Coordinate jewellery movement for shoots, events and collaborations.
- Support the team on select PR and brand initiatives.

Internal Coordination

- Work closely with our design, merchandising, production, inventory and dispatch teams.
- Ensure clients receive accurate and timely updates throughout their purchase journey.
- Keep client and order information organised and up to date.

Qualifications:

- Naturally warm, personable and excellent with people
- Articulate and confident on WhatsApp, calls and in person
- Fashion- and styling-conscious, with a strong eye for detail
- Genuinely interested in jewellery, Indian craft and design
- Organised and exceptionally good at follow-ups
- Commercially driven without being overly salesy
- Comfortable juggling multiple clients and conversations
- Curious, proactive and willing to take ownership
- Excited by the pace and energy of a growing brand

Experience in jewellery, fashion, luxury retail, personal shopping, styling, hospitality or premium client servicing is preferred.
