Client Manager / Client Interface

Job Overview

ETA AEROSPACE PVT LTD , MYSURU is looking for a Client Manager / Client Interface to manage day-to-day communication with clients, coordinate internally with production and other departments, and ensure orders are executed and delivered as per customer requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients.
- Understand client requirements, specifications, drawings, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, stores, dispatch, and management to ensure smooth order execution.
- Regularly follow up with clients regarding orders, priorities, changes, approvals, and delivery requirements.Track order status and provide timely updates to clients.
- Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated to the internal team. Handle client queries, complaints, and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate regarding delivery schedules, packing details, invoices,



and dispatch documentation. Maintain proper records of client communications, orders, commitments, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; technical/engineering qualification will be an advantage.
- 2-4 years of experience in client coordination, customer relationship management, sales coordination, order management, or a similar role.
- Experience in a manufacturing / engineering environment will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate them effectively.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and attention to detail.
