- Understand Patient Concerns And Guide Them Towards Appropriate Procedures Recommended By The Doctor.
- Handle Patient Queries And Provide A Smooth Clinic Experience.
- Follow Up With Patients And Convert Consultations Into Procedure Bookings.
- Drive Treatment/Package Conversions And Achieve Monthly Targets.
- Coordinate With Doctors And The Clinical Team For Seamless Patient Flow.
- Maintain Solid Patient Relationships And Encourage Repeat Visits.
- Maintain Patient Records And Follow-Up Details.
Ideal Candidate: Excellent Communication Skills, Confident In Patient Interaction, Presentable, Persuasive Without Being Pushy, And Comfortable With Sales/Conversion.
