Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Client Account Manager (CAM) to manage key client accounts and ensure smooth end-to-end logistics operations. The candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate with internal operations, warehouse, transportation and customer service teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned 3PL clients/accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and operational coordination.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely execution of logistics services.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, inventory and operations teams.
- Monitor order processing, dispatches, deliveries, returns and other logistics activities.
- Track SLA/KPI performance and ensure agreed service levels are maintained.
- Prepare and share regular MIS, operational and performance reports with clients.
- Handle client escalations and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Conduct regular client reviews and provide updates on operational performance.
- Identify service gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate billing, invoicing and reconciliation with the finance team.




- Monitor pending payments and resolve billing-related queries with clients.
- Support contract/SOP implementation and ensure adherence to agreed processes.
- Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and client experience.
- Maintain proper documentation of client requirements, complaints, action plans and performance metrics.
- Support business retention and identify opportunities for additional services with existing clients.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in 3PL / logistics / supply chain operations.
- Excellent client relationship and account management skills.
- Positive understanding of warehousing, transportation and distribution processes.
- Knowledge of SLA, KPI, MIS and operational reporting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good command of MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and escalation-management abilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:-3–6 years of relevant experience in 3PL, logistics, supply chain or client account management. Experience handling B2B/B2C logistics accounts will be preferred.

Candidates with experience managing key accounts and large-volume logistics operations will have an advantage.

Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Immediate/short-notice joiners can be preferred.
