Civil Site Supervisor

Urban Spacez is looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at residential and commercial project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction activities as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Coordinate and manage labour, contractors, and subcontractors at site.
- Monitor RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and other civil works.
- Ensure proper quality, workmanship, measurements, and material utilization.
- Check reinforcement, shuttering, levels, line, and alignment before concrete work.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, vendors, and the Urban Spacez management team.
- Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, material records, and work progress.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, material requirements, and quality concerns.
- Ensure proper execution as per approved drawings and instructions.
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness,



and discipline.
- Help ensure projects are completed on time and within the planned budget.

Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- 1–5 years of relevant site experience in residential/commercial construction.
- Good knowledge of civil construction execution and site supervision.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Strong labour and contractor management skills.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites across Delhi NCR.

What We Expect We are looking for someone who is hands-on, disciplined, responsible, and capable of taking ownership of site execution rather than simply monitoring the work.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹34,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
