Job Title: Civil Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Supervisor to supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will coordinate with engineers, contractors, skilled workers and site teams to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor masonry, plastering, flooring, tiling, concreting, waterproofing and other civil works.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, masons and other workers.
- Monitor manpower and allocate daily work responsibilities.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Ensure proper measurement and execution of civil works.
- Monitor project progress and report daily work status to the Project Manager.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper usage and handling of construction materials.
- Maintain site safety,



cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with plumbing, electrical, false ceiling, painting and other teams.
- Verify completed work before handing over for inspection.
- Maintain daily site records, material requirements and manpower details.

Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 1–3 years in residential or commercial construction.
- Good knowledge of civil construction activities and site supervision.
- Ability to manage workers, contractors and subcontractors.
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and measurements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
