Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Industry: Civil Construction / Contractor Firm
We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor with strong hands-on experience in building construction. The candidate should be capable of independently handling construction sites and managing complete site execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing and other building works.
- Manage and coordinate site manpower and subcontractors.
- Plan daily work and monitor project progress.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications and required quality standards.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure availability at site.
- Check measurements and work quantities.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors and management.
- Maintain daily progress and site records.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years of relevant experience in building construction.
- Experience with civil construction contractor firms is mandatory.
- Should have independently handled construction sites/projects.
- Robust knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to understand civil drawings and specifications.
- Good manpower and subcontractor handling skills.
- Practical knowledge of construction materials, methods and quality standards.
