Role Description The Civil Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day civil and infrastructure activities at project sites in Ahmedabad, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards. This full-time, on-site role includes supervising site teams, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal project managers, and monitoring progress against schedules and quality benchmarks.

Engineer will conduct site inspections, manage quality control checks, verify material usage, and support documentation,



measurements, and billing inputs. The role also involves resolving technical issues on site, supporting structural work execution, and contributing to continuous improvement in construction methods and safety practices.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering background with hands-on experience as a Civil Site Engineer on infrastructure or industrial projects.
- Solid on-site execution skills, including supervision of civil works, coordination with field teams, and familiarity with construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in quality control for civil and structural works, including inspections, testing, compliance with standards, and documentation.
- Knowledge of structural engineering concepts relevant to foundations, steel structures, and concrete works.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with project stakeholders, reporting site status, and addressing technical and operational issues.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications; familiarity with basic project management and MS Office tools.
- Understanding of safety practices and regulatory requirements applicable to construction and industrial sites.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; prior experience in industrial, EPC, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
