- Responsibilities

- Site Supervision

- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.

- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Monitor labour, subcontractors, and site activities.

- Ensure proper sequencing of construction activities.

- Execution &
- Quality Control

- Check excavation, PCC, RCC, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, painting, and finishing works.

- Ensure correct dimensions, levels, alignment, and workmanship.

- Conduct regular quality checks and coordinate rectification of defects.

- Ensure materials are used according to approved specifications.

- Drawing &

- Technical Coordination

- Study architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing drawings.

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, subcontractors, and project management.





- Identify drawing/site issues and escalate them to the Project Manager.

- Ensure approved revisions are implemented at site.

- Material Management

- Prepare material requirements based on project progress.

- Coordinate with the purchase team for timely material availability.

- Check materials received at site against required specifications and quantities.

- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.

- Labour &

- Subcontractor Management

- Allocate daily work to workers and subcontractors.

- Monitor productivity and workmanship.

- Coordinate with subcontractors regarding work schedules and requirements.

- Maintain proper records of labour and subcontractor activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
