Qualification: B. Tech /M. Tech Civil

Location: Mumbai, Chiplun, Virar

Duties:

- Attends and assists in client/contractor/stakeholder meetings to gain a better understanding of client's goals.
- Responsible for day to day site work.
- Follow up with site engineers of Contractor and/ or subcontractor to ensure that work is being carried out as per design drawings, specifications meeting planned dates in schedule.
- Daily reporting about progress, non- compliance, delay in work t o t he reporting authority.
- Conducting regular job site inspections.
- Liaising and follow up with all Contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, planners,surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
- Planning the work and efficiently organizing site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
- Follow & implement instructions given by senior management.
