Job Title: Civil Execution Engineer

Reports To: Project Manager / Site Manager

Job Summary The Civil Execution Engineer is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing civil construction activities at the project site. The role involves ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute civil construction works as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure timely completion of works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship quality.
- Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and resources efficiently.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify quantities executed and assist in billing processes.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company HSE policies.
- Identify and resolve site issues to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Planning, MEP, and Billing teams.




- Maintain site records, work permits, and documentation.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide project updates.

Required Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 2-8 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects (Industrial, Commercial, Residential, Infrastructure, or EPC projects).
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Technical Skills
- AutoCAD
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of project execution and construction management practices
- Understanding of safety and quality procedures
- Quantity estimation and measurement skills
