CNC Machine Operation
Operate CNC turning, VMC, or milling machines safely and efficiently.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
Monitor machine operation and production cycle.
Maintain required production quantity and cycle time.
Identify abnormal machine sounds, vibration, or machining issues.

CNC Machine Setting
Set CNC machines according to job requirements.
Install and set cutting tools, holders, and fixtures.
Set work offsets, tool offsets, and tool wear compensation.
Load and verify CNC programs before production.
Set cutting speed, feed rate, depth of cut, and other machining parameters.
Perform trial runs and first-piece inspection before starting batch production.

Drawing & Measurement




Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T.;
Use measuring instruments such as:
Vernier Caliper
Micrometer
Height Gauge
Bore Gauge
Dial Gauge
Thread Gauges
Check components during production and maintain dimensional accuracy.
