We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer Cum Operator responsible for CNC machine programming, setup, operation, and production of precision components as per technical drawings and required specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and modify CNC programs as per component drawings.
Set up CNC machines, including tool selection, work holding, offsets, and tool setting.
Operate CNC machines and monitor the machining process.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and machining instructions.
Check dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
Perform tool changes, offset corrections, and basic troubleshooting.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are followed.
Minimize rejection, tool wear, and machine downtime.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
