Description:
Operate CNC machines under supervision after completing required training.
Load and unload components using approved handling methods.
Assist with basic tool and component checks.
Observe and report abnormal machine sounds, alarms, tool wear or defects.
Follow approved work instructions and machine operating procedures.
Maintain component identification and prevent part mix-up.
Support operators during setup and first-off activities.
Maintain machine cleanliness, housekeeping and 5S.
Learn CNC operation, drawing reading and basic inspection practices.
Follow all safety and quality requirements.
Basic CNC machine operation awareness.
Basic engineering drawing and dimensional understanding.
Willingness to learn CNC setting and machining.
Basic measuring-instrument knowledge is an advantage.
Safety awareness and 5S.
Discipline, attendance, teamwork and learning attitude.
