Key Responsibilities
SAP S/4HANA knowledge is mandatory, preferably SAP CO / Product Costing.
Prepare and maintain product-wise / SKU-wise costing and cost sheets.
Perform standard costing, actual costing and cost variance analysis.
Analyse material, labour, overhead, production and conversion costs.
Review BOM, routing, activity rates and cost components.
Support month-end closing, cost allocation and variance reporting.
Analyse RM, WIP and Finished Goods inventory valuation.
Prepare product profitability, margin and management costing reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting and cost reduction initiatives.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Supply Chain and Finance teams for cost analysis.
Provide costing schedules and explanations for internal and statutory audits.
Identify costing-related issues and support improvement of costing processes.

Required Skills




Solid knowledge of Cost Accounting and Management Accounting.
Hands-on experience in Product Costing and Variance Analysis.
Strong SAP S/4HANA knowledge.
Good knowledge of inventory valuation and costing.
Strong analytical and Excel skills.
Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Preferred Profile

CMA-qualified candidates with 35 years of practical costing experience and robust SAP S/4HANA exposure. CA-qualified candidates with relevant costing experience may also be considered.

Qualification
CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) Mandatory
CA candidates may also be considered, preferably with robust costing experience.
