Trao is an AI R&D; lab for mid-market and enterprise companies. We research, design, build, and deploy software and AI systems.
We've delivered work across industries, including:
Large banks such as CommBank (one of Australia's largest banks)
The UK Government
US-based family offices
Numerous VC-backed startups
Behind the scenes is a team obsessed with over-delivering extremely high-quality work every single day. We are engineering-first, detail-oriented, and focused on solving real business problems through automation that most teams would consider impossible. We work on very ambitious projects. Now we need someone to tell the world about them.
Work Style & Expectations
Very high ownership
Fully remote
AI moves quick. When a major model drops, we want to get content out the same day.
Daily collaboration with a small, solid team of engineers and founders
If you don't genuinely love the art of producing content, this is NOT a good fit.
What You'll Do
Break down current model releases:
what changed, what matters, and what's hype
Create content on how enterprises can actually use Trao
Turn our client work into case studies people want to read
Make educational AI content with sharp, original takes
Produce across formats: short-form video, LinkedIn posts, X threads, carousels and long-form
Own the content calendar end to end, from idea to script to edit to publish
Who You Are
Comfortable on camera and recording content regularly. If you're not a content creator, you MUST have excellent video editing skills and can make our team look outstanding on screen.
Technical enough to read a model card, or sit with our engineers, and come away with the story
Someone who can produce high-quality videos consistently
What We're Looking For
Genuine curiosity about AI and how it's changing work
A strong sense of hooks, pacing, and what makes people stop scrolling
