Job Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the powder coating conveyor line.
Load and unload components properly on conveyor hooks/hangers.
Maintain proper conveyor speed and smooth material flow.
Monitor the curing oven and coating process for abnormalities.
Perform basic visual inspection of coated parts.
Identify and report coating defects, breakdowns, and safety issues.
Maintain cleanliness and 5S in the work area.
Follow company safety rules and PPE requirements.
Meet daily production targets and support the production team.
Qualification & Experience:
10th / 12th / ITI preferred / Electrical Engineering
0–3 years of experience in powder coating, painting, conveyor operation, or manufacturing.
Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can apply.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
