C.S. TRAINEE- We are looking for a motivated and dedicated CS Trainee to join our team. The candidate will get practical exposure in corporate compliance, secretarial work, ROC filings, and legal documentation. This is a outstanding opportunity for students pursuing Company Secretaryship to gain hands-on experience in a skilled setting.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assisting in ROC filings and MCA compliances
Preparation of board resolutions, notices, and minutes
Maintaining statutory records and registers
Assisting in company incorporation and other secretarial work
Coordination with clients and departments for compliance matters
Supporting legal and documentation-related tasks
Handling day-to-day corporate secretarial activities
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
