Must have knowledge in cookies, khari, puff, bread, bun, fillings and mixtures.
Prepare and cook hot confectionery products as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
Handle preparation of fillings, custards, syrups, sauces, and other hot-section ingredients.
Operate ovens, mixers, cooking ranges, and other bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor baking and cooking processes to ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.
Maintain production schedules to meet daily manufacturing requirements.
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished products.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
