Job Summary

We are looking for a Corporate QA / QA Officer to act as a coordination link between Regulatory Affairs and manufacturing plants. The role will support artwork coordination, regulatory status tracking, quality and packaging-related issues, and customer complaints while ensuring timely communication and follow-up across functions.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs and manufacturing plants on quality and regulatory requirements.
Manage and track artwork coordination, review, approval, and implementation.
Monitor and maintain the regulatory status of products and communicate updates to relevant teams.
Coordinate resolution of quality-related issues reported by manufacturing plants.




Support investigation and follow-up of packaging-related quality issues.
Handle and coordinate customer complaints, ensuring proper investigation and timely closure.
Follow up with plant QA, production, packaging, and regulatory teams for corrective actions.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to QA activities, complaints, artwork, and regulatory matters.
Prepare status reports and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure timely escalation of critical quality, packaging, or regulatory issues.
Support CAPA / corrective and preventive action follow-up wherever applicable.
Ensure effective communication between corporate functions and manufacturing locations.

Pay: ₹30,000.87 - ₹35,000.65 per month
