Key Responsibilities & Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Civil Engineer to oversee construction projects, manage site execution, and ensure high quality standards. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day site operations, coordinate with contractors, and ensure timely project completion within budget.

- Site Execution: Manage and supervise daily construction activities on-site according to approved architectural drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Quality & Safety Control: Inspect construction materials (cement, steel, aggregate) and workmanship to maintain quality standards and enforce strict site safety protocols.
- Billing & Measurement: Take site measurements, assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and verify contractor billing.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate smoothly with architects, contractors, laborers, and suppliers to ensure a seamless workflow.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education:



B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in site execution, supervision, or construction project management.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command over AutoCAD, MS Excel, and the ability to read complex structural and architectural drawings.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, and clear communication to handle on-site challenges effectively.
