Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Ramagundam.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising civil construction and earthwork projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and client specifications. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing drawings, estimates, and technical reports; coordinating with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors; and monitoring project progress to ensure quality and timely completion. The role also involves overseeing stormwater management solutions, conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues in office,



and supporting documentation for government and industrial clients.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and experience working as a Civil Engineer on construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including preparation and review of plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Experience in Planning and project coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management principles and related drainage, erosion control, and site infrastructure solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations for civil and industrial projects.
- Ability to work on-site in Ramagundam, collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Proficiency with civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, or similar tools) and basic MS Office skills.
- Prior experience with government or industrial projects (railways, power plants, mining, or similar sectors) is an advantage.
