Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jabalpur for a Cinematographer cum Video Editor. The role involves planning and executing video shoots, including camera operation, lighting setups, framing, and composition for a variety of AI-driven and traditional productions. The qualified will capture high-quality footage for films, commercials, fashion content, product visuals, and social media assets, while collaborating with directors, creative leads, and AI specialists.

Daily responsibilities include importing and organizing footage,



editing videos, adding transitions, sound, and basic motion graphics, and preparing deliverables in multiple formats optimized for digital platforms. The role also requires maintaining equipment, staying current with industry and AI-enhanced production techniques, and contributing creative ideas to elevate visual storytelling.

Qualifications

- Cinematography skills, including camera operation, lighting design, framing, and shot composition.
- Video editing proficiency using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic motion graphics and post-production skills, preferably in software like After Effects.
- Understanding of digital content formats for social media, advertising, and web-based video.
- Ability to collaborate with creative, AI, and production teams and follow storyboards and briefs.
- Strong visual storytelling sense, attention to detail, and commitment to quality output.
- Comfort working with AI-enhanced workflows or willingness to learn AI tools used in visual production.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in cinematography and video editing for commercial, fashion, or digital content projects is an advantage.
