About the opportunity

We’re preparing to launch the beta version of Mindpex , our retention intelligence platform.

Before we make it available more broadly, we want to work closely with a select few enterprises and their CHROs to put Mindpex into the real world and understand how well it actually works.

We’re looking for currently employed CHROs, Chief People Officers, or equivalent heads of the HR/People function who are willing to become early Mindpex Design Partners .

What you’ll do

As a Design Partner, you’ll get access to the beta and use Mindpex within your organization for a short period at no cost .

You’ll help us

- Test Mindpex on real-world employee retention situations
- Identify the real world use cases that genuinely matter
- Tell us what works and what doesn’t
- Give us honest, regular feedback
- Help us identify gaps and areas for improvement
- Work directly with the Mindpex team as we iterate on the product
- Help us understand what it takes for Mindpex to become genuinely useful in an enterprise environment

This is an early beta Mindpex is bootstrapped, pre-revenue and still being developed .

There will be rough edges. Some things may not work perfectly. The product will evolve based on what we learn from real organizations.

That is exactly why we want a small group of Design Partners before taking Mindpex to the broader market.

What happens after the beta?

If Mindpex demonstrates meaningful value for your organization, we would like to explore a paid commercial pilot and,



if the pilot works well, potentially continue the relationship commercially.

There is no obligation to continue.

The goal at this stage is simple:

Put Mindpex into real organizations → learn what actually works → improve the product → determine whether it creates enough value to become part of the way organizations approach retention intelligence.

Who we’re looking for

Must-have:

- Currently employed as a CHRO, Chief People Officer, or equivalent head of the HR/People function
- Currently leading the HR/People function of an organization in India
- Willing to personally oversee the Design Partner engagement within your organization
- Willing to work directly with the Mindpex team and provide regular, honest feedback

Preferred:

- Experience dealing with employee retention, attrition, disengagement or retention risk
- Experience evaluating or implementing HR/People technology
- Comfortable working with an early-stage startup and an evolving beta product
- Interested in helping shape a product before it reaches the broader market
