- Objective: He will be responsible for leading a company's overall technology strategy, aligning technical vision and engineering execution with long-term business goals.

Role Overview

- Position: C-Suite Executive
- Focus: Technology strategy, systems architecture, R&D;, and engineering leadership
- Core Goal: Drive innovation, scale infrastructure, and future-proof the product roadmap
- Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that supports company growth.
- Architecture & Infrastructure: Oversee software development, platform scalability, cloud infrastructure, and data security.
- Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor high-performing engineering and technical teams.
- Innovation & R&D;: Evaluate emerging technologies (such as AI and automation) to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Budget & Operations:



Own the technology budget, manage vendor relationships, and oversee resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, commercial, and executive teams to align technical delivery with market needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: 20+ years of progressive technical experience, including 5+ years in a senior executive or leadership role (e.g., VP of Engineering).
- Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of software engineering principles, cloud architecture, cybersecurity standards, and system integration.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, executive communication, risk management, and team-building capabilities.
