Eastman Cast & Forge Ltd. is looking for a Chief Security Officer to lead security operations across our manufacturing plant.

Qualification: Graduation

Preferred Background: Ex-Army Personnel / Manufacturing Industry

CTC: Upto 6 LPA

Key Responsibilities

*Lead and manage overall plant security operations, ensuring safety of personnel, assets, and premises

*Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and access control systems

*Manage security personnel, including deployment, training, and shift scheduling

*Oversee CCTV surveillance systems, gate management, and visitor/vendor entry protocols

*Handle material inward/outward security checks and prevent pilferage or unauthorized movement

*Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments across the plant premises

*Ensure compliance with statutory security and safety regulations

*Manage emergency response protocols, fire safety coordination, and crisis management

*Investigate security incidents, thefts, or breaches and implement corrective actions
