Position Overview

Auramah Valley is looking for an experienced and highly responsible Chief of Security Officer (CSO) to lead and manage the overall security, safety, risk management, and emergency preparedness functions across its Real Estate and Hospitality operations.

The CSO will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a professional, proactive, and technology-enabled security framework covering residents, guests, employees, properties, hospitality facilities, construction/project sites, vehicles, assets, and company premises.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership experience in luxury hospitality, premium residential communities, real estate, resorts, large estates, corporate security, or similar environments.

Key Responsibilities1. Overall Security Leadership

- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the overall security strategy for Auramah Valley.
- Establish security standards, procedures, SOPs, protocols, and reporting systems.
- Lead the complete Security Department and ensure effective deployment of manpower.
- Maintain high standards of discipline, alertness, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Conduct regular security audits and identify potential vulnerabilities.

2. Real Estate & Residential Security
- Ensure comprehensive security of the Auramah Valley residential/township premises.
- Manage access control for residents, visitors, contractors, vendors, staff, and service personnel.
- Establish visitor management, vehicle management, gate control, and access authorization systems.
- Protect residential properties, common areas, infrastructure, equipment, and company assets.
- Coordinate security arrangements for VIP residents, owners, and special visitors.

3. Hospitality Security
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for hotel/resort guests, employees, and visitors.
- Establish security protocols for guest areas, back-of-house operations, restaurants, events, rooms, parking, and other hospitality facilities.
- Handle sensitive guest-related security matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Engineering, and Operations teams.

4. Risk Management & Threat Assessment
- Conduct regular threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments.
- Identify security risks related to theft, unauthorized access, fire, violence, trespassing, fraud, emergencies, and other potential threats.
- Develop preventive and corrective action plans.
- Maintain an updated risk register and ensure timely closure of identified security gaps.

5. CCTV & Security Technology
- Oversee the effective functioning of CCTV surveillance and monitoring systems.
- Ensure proper coverage of critical areas and regular review of camera positioning.




- Implement modern security technologies including access control, visitor management, alarm systems, surveillance, communication systems, and other appropriate solutions.
- Ensure proper maintenance, monitoring, recording, and retention of security data.

6. Emergency & Crisis Management
- Develop and implement emergency response and crisis management procedures.
- Lead security response during incidents such as fire, medical emergencies, natural disasters, intrusion, accidents, theft, violence, or other critical situations.
- Conduct regular emergency drills and mock exercises.
- Ensure coordination with Police, Fire Department, Ambulance, Hospitals, Disaster Management authorities, and other external agencies.

7. Fire & Life Safety Coordination
- Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure compliance with fire and life-safety requirements.
- Review emergency exits, fire equipment, evacuation routes, assembly points, and emergency communication systems.
- Ensure security teams are adequately trained in emergency response and evacuation procedures.

8. Manpower Management
- Plan security manpower requirements based on operational needs and risk levels.
- Prepare duty rosters, deployment plans, shift schedules, and post orders.
- Monitor attendance, grooming, discipline, performance, and conduct of security personnel.
- Conduct regular briefings, training, drills, and performance reviews.
- Ensure adequate security coverage during VIP visits, events, construction activities, and special occasions.

9. Investigation & Incident Management
- Lead investigations into security incidents, theft, misconduct, unauthorized access, property damage, and other violations.
- Prepare detailed incident reports with findings, evidence, root cause, and corrective actions.
- Maintain proper security records and incident documentation.
- Coordinate with HR and Management in cases involving employee misconduct or disciplinary matters.

10. Government & External Agency Coordination
- Maintain professional relationships with local Police, Fire, Civil Administration, Emergency Services, and other relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with authorities during emergencies, investigations, inspections, and major events.
- Ensure necessary statutory and regulatory security requirements are followed.

11. Vendor & Contractor Security
- Establish security protocols for contractors, vendors, labourers, delivery personnel, and project teams.
- Ensure proper entry/exit controls and verification procedures.
- Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Purchase, and Administration teams regarding contractor movement and site security.

Security Policies, SOPs & Compliance
- Develop and periodically review Security SOPs, Emergency Response Plans, Access Control Policies, Visitor Policies, Incident Reporting Procedures, and other relevant protocols.
- Ensure implementation of approved policies across all departments.
- Conduct periodic compliance checks and submit reports to Senior Management.

13. VIP & Executive Security
- Develop appropriate security arrangements for Chairman, Senior Management, VIP guests, investors, residents, and other high-profile visitors when required.
- Conduct advance security assessments for important visits and events.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding VIP movements and sensitive information.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate degree preferred; additional qualification in Security Management, Risk Management, Defence Studies, Criminology, or related field will be an advantage.
- 15 years of relevant experience, with significant experience in senior security leadership.
- Strong experience in Luxury Hospitality, Resorts, Premium Real Estate, Residential Communities, Corporate Security, Defence, Police, or large-scale properties.
- Candidates with a background in Defence/Police/Paramilitary services with relevant corporate/hospitality security experience may be considered.
- Proven experience managing large security teams and multiple security functions.
- Strong knowledge of security systems, CCTV, access control, emergency response, investigations, and risk management.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
