Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Rudramrut Group

Location: Navi Mumbai / Mumbai | Full time | Senior Leadership

Rudramrut Group is looking for an experienced, execution-driven COO to lead the operations, profitability and expansion of Rudramrut Multispeciality Clinics and D Clinics.

Key Responsibilities: Own group P&L;, revenue, collections and profitability; drive clinic performance, patient acquisition and conversion; lead multi-location expansion; manage teams and manpower productivity; control marketing and operating costs; implement SOPs, CRM/ERP and MIS dashboards; and ensure successful launch and stabilization of new clinics.

Mandatory Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare chain / multi-location healthcare business is a must, preferably clinics, hospitals, diagnostics, pharmacy, wellness or healthcare retail.

Ideal Candidate:



Proven experience in P&L; management, multi-location operations, expansion, team leadership, cost control, process standardization and business execution. Previous experience in successfully scaling a healthcare network will be preferred.

Reporting to: Founders / Managing Directors

CTC: As per market standards, based on previous experience, current CTC and suitability for the role.
