Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead the sales function and drive revenue growth. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, monitoring performance, identifying business opportunities, and building robust client and partner relationships.

Education & Experience

- MBA in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Extensive experience in sales, business development, or commercial management.
- Previous experience managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Senior sales leadership/management experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, market trends, and competitors.
- Identify new markets, customers, channels, and business opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs including revenue, conversion,



acquisition, retention, and sales pipeline.
- Build relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
- Handle major negotiations, client meetings, and strategic discussions.
- Present sales performance and growth strategies to senior management.
- Improve sales processes and revenue-generation strategies.

Required Skills

- Strong sales, revenue generation, pricing, and business development knowledge.
- Sales team leadership, target-setting, performance management, and accountability.
- Ability to analyze KPIs, dashboards, reports, and business data.
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, HRMS, accounting software, automation, and sales tools.
- Strong process improvement, productivity, and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
