Requirements
- 3-7+ years of relevant experience, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
- Significant experience in consumer internet, D2C, marketplace, fintech, e-commerce, travel, food-tech or other high-scale consumer businesses
- Strong experience in a startup or high-growth setting, preferably having owned a function or major growth charter
- Demonstrated experience scaling one or more growth channels from 0→1 or 1→10
- Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, retention/lifecycle marketing and/or marketplace growth
- Experience managing meaningful channel budgets and understanding channel-level P&L;
