Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and commercially oriented CFO to lead the company's Finance & Accounts function and provide strategic financial direction across the corporate office and manufacturing plants.

Job Role:

- Lead the overall Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, MIS, Costing and Internal Controls functions.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and liquidity.
- Oversee monthly MIS, financial reporting, profitability analysis, and management dashboards.
- Drive costing, cost optimization, and margin improvement across products and manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, statutory audits and other applicable regulations.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax consultants, insurance companies, and financial institutions.
- Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management systems.
- Oversee plant finance, including manufacturing costing, inventory, wastage, production variances, and CAPEX.
- Provide financial evaluation and guidance for current projects,



investments, technology, and expansion plans.
- Support the CEO/Board with financial analysis and strategic business decisions.
- Lead, develop, and strengthen the Finance & Accounts team.

Education, Experience and Skillsets:

- 18–25+ years of experience, preferably in textile/home textile manufacturing or a similar manufacturing industry.
- CA qualification preferred.
- Strong experience in manufacturing finance, costing, working capital, and MIS.
- Experience handling finance for multiple manufacturing plants is preferred.
- Strong exposure to export business, foreign exchange, Letter of Credit/Bank Guarantee, export receivables and international transactions.
- Good knowledge of GST, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial controls.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven leadership and decision-making skills.
- Experience with SAP/ERP systems would be an advantage.
