Jurisiti Legal LLP , a Delhi-based litigation law firm located at Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, New Delhi , is looking for an experienced and commercially oriented CEO to manage the firm’s operations, team, clients and growth.

Key Practice Areas Civil Litigation | Commercial Litigation | Cheque Bounce & Money Recovery | Bail & Anticipatory Bail | Criminal Trials | Domestic & International Arbitration | Consumer Matters | Labour Matters

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end management of the law firm
- Strategic planning and monitoring of litigation matters
- Advocate recruitment, allocation and performance management
- Client management and retention
- Business development, sales and revenue growth
- Marketing, social media, PR and media engagement
- Billing, collections and basic financial oversight
- MIS, KPIs, SOPs and operational systems
- Legal technology, CRM and AI-enabled process improvement
- Team building,



productivity and organizational development
- Ensuring compliance with applicable qualified and regulatory requirements

Ideal Candidate
- LL.B. from a Tier-1 Law College preferred
- LL.M. from a Tier-1 Law College preferred
- MBA preferred; MBA + LL.M. strongly preferred
- 9–10+ years PQE
- Strong experience in core court litigation
- Preferably based in Delhi NCR
- Proven experience in team management, business development and law-firm operations
- Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking and execution skills

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for someone capable of managing and scaling a growing litigation law firm.

Compensation

Starting Salary: ₹1,00,000 per month

Performance-linked compensation may be considered based on experience and results.
