We are looking for Chat Support Executives to join our team in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable handling customer queries through chat and other support channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions through chat support.
- Respond to customers professionally and within the required turnaround time.
- Understand customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.




- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Comfortable working in a customer-support environment.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the Airoli, Navi Mumbai location.
